Our Research & Development department works on the development of new products inspired by the new food consumption patterns: snacking, nomadism, multiplication of snacking all day long. It takes into account the aspirations of our customers for quality and nutrition: naturalness, removal of artificial flavours, palm oil and hydrogenated fat, Bio specific recipes, salt rate lowered.

We work with Kitchen chef consultants who bring us their experience, ideas and culinary expertise to create new products concepts.

Another R&D' mission is to improve existing recipes and to optimize the production process by working closely with the Production team.
